James Elliott

James Elliott works as a senior lecturer in Diagnostic Radiography at Canterbury Christ Church University, teaching everything from academic skills to physics and X-ray image interpretation. He completed his BSc (Hons) in Archaeology from Newcastle University in 2004, and then BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography from the University of Portsmouth in 2008. Completion of a MSc in Forensic Radiography with Teesside University (2019) aimed to blend archaeology and radiography together with a thesis exploring the use of CT imaging with Egyptian mummies.

He enjoys researching the use of X-ray imaging in archaeology and shares his efforts on paleoimaging.com/ and Research Gate.
