#FindsFriday: Recording the Witch Bottle from Margate onto the Portable Antiquities Scheme Database

It's #FindsFriday and also, #fridaythe13th!

Our curator Andy has just finished recording the Witch Bottle from Margate onto the @findsorguk Portable Antiquities Scheme Database. You can view the whole record here: https://finds.org.uk/database/artefacts/record/id/1196307

Andy was also interviewed by @bbcinkent this morning alongside Randa who initially found the bottle and James Elliot, senior Radiographer at Canterbury Christ Church University. You can listen to the interview on the BBC Kent Website - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/live:bbc_radio_kent. The interview starts at around 10.10am.

It's been a fascinating journey of discovery with this possible Witch Bottle, and we are going to be getting it CT scanned in the new year, so stay tuned!
