This aptly titled book of 106 pages is a mine of information and represents many years of research by the author. The first section of the text deals with sources of information such as Census returns, Workhouse records, Probate records etc. etc. Thereafter, Parishes are listed in alphabetical order and a useful guide is given as to where documentary and other information is available to the researcher.
